Our reader Marjanne knows how to make a very tasty dessert, without sugar! They do this with mascarpone. It’s very simple, with only four ingredients!
Mascarpone is an Italian cream cheese and quite high in calories and fat. Although it does not contain sugar, but if you have to eat low-fat, this is not the best choice. You could then opt for ricotta, for example.
This dessert with mascarpone is low in carbohydrates, so it fits perfectly in a low-carb diet.
A mascarpone dessert with blueberries is always delicious, but also a delicious dessert during Christmas.
How do you make this delicious, warm, sugar-free dessert?
Ingredients:
- 200gr mascarpone
- 2 small eggs
- Stevia sweetener (or erythritol)
- Bowl of blueberries
Preparation method:
Separate the yolk from the two eggs. Mix the egg yolk well with the mascarpone.
Then you add the blueberries and add the sweetener to taste. Mix everything well and put it in small baking dishes.
Put the mixture in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about fifteen minutes. Keep an eye on your dessert and when it has turned golden brown, you can remove your dessert from the oven and serve.
