The Advisory Board consists of industry experts who, with knowledge, network and experience, will assist the management in the realization of the ambitious growth strategy. The management is formed by Maaike Dekkers-Duijts (CEO), Jeroen brink (CFO) and Marcel Joosten (CMO). Maaike Dekkers, CEO of Four IT: ‘We are very pleased with this Advisory Board. As a result of the first meeting, I already know that they will provide us with solicited and unsolicited advice at all times. Both the expansion of our services and the proper management of organizational growth are important agenda items. The Advisory Board will start with two members and may be expanded in the future.’

Joined the Advisory Board of Four IT are:

Roelof Douwstra who, after starting at Pink Elephant in Voorburg in 1992, together with 4 partners, started the organizational consultancy company for IT, Quint Wellington Redwood, together with 4 partners. This company grew into an international consultancy with offices on different continents. Roelof has fulfilled many roles within and outside Quint, from Consultant to the Supervisory Board. After more than 30 years, Roelof sold his share in 2021 to a new international partner now known as Eraneos. In the meantime he is an advisor to various boards within and outside the IT sector.

Ron de Mos is an experienced CEO who once started out as a programmer at IBM. After 25 years and an (inter)national career, he managed two smaller ICT companies (800 and 1500 FTE). After that period he was asked to lead the Business Market in the Dutch Management Board of KPN and he was the CCO of Getronics. As a last operational role, Ron de Mos has been the CEO of CGI Netherlands (previously Logica) and has also been globally responsible for the client Shell. In 2016 Ron became the ICT CEO of the year. Over the last 6 years, Ron has built a portfolio of supervisory, advisory and coaching roles.

It is their passion to build companies that generate a lot of impact in which the customer is completely central. With the arrival of this strong Advisory Board, Four IT can gain even more knowledge and insights in the field of marketing and expansion of the portfolio, with the aim of serving the customer throughout the entire ICT Lifecycle.
