A remarkable investment
In February 2022, Drake bought this mansion from none other than Robbie Williams for the substantial sum of $75 million. Williams himself had bought it for $32 million in 2015. If Drake sells his villa for the asking price, it will be the most expensive home sale in Southern California that year. The price increase is mainly attributed to Drake living there, rather than any renovations or improvements he made.
The country house extends over almost 2300m² and is situated on a terrain of 19.75 hectares. With 10 beautiful bedrooms and 22 bathrooms, this estate offers an abundance of space and comfort. We also wonder what to do with so many bedrooms. However, the interior of the house has been kept fairly neutral. A wine cellar, fitness room and elevator are some of the additional amenities the mansion has to offer.
Outdoor entertainment facilities
Drake’s estate is, of course, perfectly equipped for entertaining. A tennis court, a swimming pool with an outdoor kitchen offer all possibilities for the big parties for which Drake is known. A standout feature of the estate is the “hidden” orchard, adding a touch of rural charm to this Drake villa. Drake previously bought the most expensive sneaker ever. Originally built in the late 1990s, the mansion was commissioned by Guess co-founder Armand Marciano. The combination of stylish design and luxurious amenities makes this country house a real masterpiece. But apparently Drake has seen enough and wants to sell the house for a monster amount after a year. This astronomical amount is nowhere near the most expensive houses on Funda.
