Demand for healthcare workers remains high

The Dutch labor market is still overheated; within various sectors it remains difficult for organizations to find suitable personnel.

For example, the number of students on ICT courses is lower than the number of new workers that is needed within this sector. This is partly the result of digitization within various organizations, including healthcare.
