In recent weeks we had themed vehicles with the guest children and they worked hard for a real DIY Father’s Day package for the car. Of course, that also includes tinkering with a parking disc. Fortunately, all dads have a car and that the children also know exactly what color car dad has. Pretty clever even the youngest of 1.5 years old could point out the color!
Craft parking disc for the car for Father’s Day
The children unanimously agreed they wanted to make something for the car. So I did a round on Pinterest and came across all these great ideas.
Because the Mother’s Day craft had also become a very big gift, I decided to unpack a bit bigger. And that meant work to be done. Fortunately, we had a few weeks and the children are used to such a creative childminder.
Crafting a parking disc is not much work and we made some extra things.
Tinker parking disc
You can find everything on Pinterest. So are these parking discs. It takes some trial and error for the disc to fit and the numbers to be readable, but otherwise it’s not much work for this Father’s Day package for the car. The children love crafting a parking disc!
The children got to work with paint and the smallest put their hand. A split pin through and you’re done.
1 point of attention for your wallet. It’s not really valid for Uncle Cop, of course, but I’m sure Dad wouldn’t mind putting it with his real parking disc.
Decorate a bucket Father’s Day package for the car
Dad’s car, of course, also needs to be washed, right? So that was eating quite a few blueberries, candy tomatoes, candy cucumber and candy peppers, but then you also have 8 beautiful buckets to get started with without holes in the bottom!
Coloring page car
A coloring page of a car was decorated with markers/crayons/stamps whatever they wanted and we made up a story for the back of this Father’s Day package for the car. Completely matching the parking disc tinkering!
Dear Dad,
I decorated this bucket for you.
So I can help you wash the car!
I really like your color car!
There is also a parking disc.
But it’s actually not valid.
It’s a pity! You can put it next to it.
I love you daddy.
Big hug
A nice card there
I also loved this coloring page for the Father’s Day package for the car. An excavator tracked vehicle standing on a mountain of hearts.
The children were allowed to color and cut them out and stick them on a large sheet of cardboard. Foam stickers with vehicles and shapes were placed around it to serve as a kind of frame for their artwork. Together with tinkering with the parking disc, this was a fun activity for Father’s Day.
Father’s Day package for the car
In addition to the parking disc, a yellow cloth and a scouring sponge without a scouring part went into the bucket. Just cut away well and you have a cheerful sponge. The father’s day package for the car is ready to be given.
And now wash that car together, of course, with this fun DIY father’s day package for the car. Or maybe you can give it together with real car wash products 😉 your child can clean the car together with dad! And of course use the parking disc in the car.
